I never played a mega man before this, But this game was awesome short and sweet also is a moderately difficult. I recommend it to all just remember there is no auto save so remember to save manually

Fun but an update is surely needed for iPhone 6 the app is pricey for it not to be up to date

really Capcom? a company known for stellar controls makes a d-pad that defaults right. what sorcery is this

While I get that yes it doesnt feel exactly the same and that there are screen edges in the middle of levels......however since its mobile and ported it is difficult to render since this is a full CONSOLE GAME. Its really fun with added difficulties achievements and modes, the graphics are nice too, while there are also mechanics missing like the stage changes from other Mavericks its still an awesome game. I dont de commend playing that before the original but definitely if you already have then this is great! I LOVE MEGAMAN X and Im so glad they took the effort to port this!

Introduction: Buying this in 2015, I was a bit late, but this game is amazing, even if youve never played a mega man game before, its easy to get into cause its on what most people have, a phone. This is a good Capcom port of Mega Man X, which is easy to control even for beginners, or 12-year olds like me. Gameplay: You play as X, who defeats bosses to regain abilities and fight off against Sigma, who has turned evil. Gaining upgrades like in a metroid game is also here, with sub-tanks and max heart upgrades. Music: The music is great with retro tracks, like most of these. My favourites are the boss intro and boss completion. Difficulty: This game is actually has 3 difficulty modes for players of all skills. Overall: This is a great game and a great port which Id recommend if you have 5$. The only bad thing is that on iPhone 6 it has black bars, and that its extremely short. But for an ios game, it should be up with FF7, Infinity Blade and other greats Score: 9.6/10 + Great gameplay and upgrades + Amazing soundtrack ============================= - Really short - iPhone 6 graphics arent as good - Only mega man x game on iOS, if you liked this

This game is an amazing transfer from SNES to iOS, and playing them side by side, looks and feels practically the same. The controls can be changed to fit your liking, and they brought back the HADOUKEN. (Great aint it?) And with as many great things as this game has, youre guaranteed to have a good time. (If you like Megaman)

I love mega man and the snes titles but the controls are horrible, and the smoothed graphics leave something to be desired. If it wasnt mega man x I would rate it lower

Why not make megaman zero Ive love mega man zero and I wanna use the z saber his pistol and he is a boss and it should happen

This game is good but but its hard to get up walls and shoot flying robot bats it was better on classic one

I would give this game 5 stars, but the controls are horrible. A touch screen control pad doesnt work out well for a game like this. They simply need to make it so that players can hook up an actual, physical, Bluetooth controller and play this game. If they would JPEG do that, I would change my rating to 5 stars. This is otherwise a nice remake, but the controls totally ruin the experience, not only because it is hard to control, but because the buttons block the view of the game and this game only looks good on full screen.

I love mega man x. Its my favorite SNES game but this version seems easier. But I still love it. At first it seems choppy but then youll get use to it.

Where to begin? This game has many changes from the original and none of which are for the better. I can excuse the controls because its on a mobile platform but not being able to control the xbuster charge is a huge issue. Once you get the upgraded buster using specials becomes a nightmare. The whole screens as apposed to scrolling isnt bad until you find out you cant go back. Who thought that was a good idea? And to make it worse if you miss an item and go back through the stage you gotta fight the boss again, they axed the stage exit control. Also whyd they get rid of the stages changing? That was one of the coolest parts of the original game. Beating bosses in a certain order and seeing how that effected other stages. While were at it lets talk about how the subtanks dont restore full health. Yeah great change guys. However you wont need em cause any difficulty other than hard is a total joke. Sigma stages are frustrating due to the phone controls but it is what it is. Also not sure if the hadouken Easter egg is present or not I didnt check, but wouldnt be surprised if it wasnt. If youre a die hard MMX purist than save your 5 bucks and break out the SNES.

This game comes with the whole package its got NO LAG good controls, and pretty good graphics, when I first played this I was hooked till the end, and when u finish story mode try the challenge mode, and TRY TO MAKE IT TO THE TOP, plz capcom plz make mega man x 2
